Between Phoenix NMR and our partner Revolution NMR, our team includes nearly every individual from the probe design team that developed and supported almost every Varian and Agilent SSNMR product created in the past 18 years. This places us in a uniquely knowledgeable position to repair or support your probe if it came from either Chemagnetics, Varian or Agilent. Specifically, we will repair any Varian SSNMR probe with a serial number of 7xxx, or any SSNMR probe produced by Agilent Technologies. This tight focus on solid state NMR is by choice, as it allows us to minimize our overhead, maximize our responsiveness to your needs, and guarantee you the best possible experience in getting your SSNMR research program back on track. The end result? You get back to collecting your data faster.
We will consider the repair of any related accessory or even probes not listed here. Please give us a call and ask, and if we cannot provide the service, we may be able to help you find someone who can.
