Below: aliphatic region of the 2D CC spectrum of 15N, 13C labeled alpha-synuclein protein monomer seeded from a brain tissue sample (250 ms CORD mixing), acquired at 900 MHz 1H field at the National Magnetic Resonance Facility at Madison (NMRFAM, @NMRFAM) , utilizing a PhoenixNMR HFXY probe fitted with a 1.6mm module and PhoenixNMR speed controller (PMAS).
We are pleased to announce that the first custom-designed 900 MHz quadruple resonance HFXY 1.6 mm #ssnmr MAS probe has been successfully installed @NMRFAM, thanks to the amazing production schedule and exceptional customer service from our friends at https://t.co/zCbwW0x10W pic.twitter.com/XkipGVafun— NMRFAM (@nmrfam) May 29, 2020
The PhoenixNMR HFXY probe was operated in double resonance mode at MASS = 20 kHz; mixing time = 250 ms; total time to acquire spectrum = 20 hrs using 4 blocks of 1024 rows each; 8 acquisitions per row; pulse delay = 1.5 s; CORDxy4 recoupling plus SPINAL decoupling.
